She leads workshops and classes that tap into the core of creativity, integrating dance, art, Aromatherapy, meditation and herbal knowledge and lore. She presented her workshops at The Siegler Center for Integrative Medicine, Kean University, Holistic Alliance International Health Festival at Montclair University,The Dharma Center for Healing Arts, The Movement Center and The Unitarian Church of Montclair.
Ms De La Rosa performed extensively with Gudde Dancers, a critically acclaimed modern dance company in NYC . As a member of the company, she danced at The Library of Congress in a piece commissioned for the premiere of composer George Crumb’s “Ancient Voices of Children”. Ms De La Rosa received her ballet training at the Joffrey School, and studied modern dance with Lynda Gudde, Anna Sokolow and Merce Cunningham. She continues her study and practice of ballet at The New Jersey Ballet School.
