Polarity Therapy is a comprehensive holistic healing modality developed by Dr Randolph Stone. A lifelong student of ancient healing modalities, Dr Stone based Polarity Therapy on the knowledge that energy fields animate all living things, and that unencumbered flow of energy is necessary for health and well-being.. He synthesized ancient and modern concepts into a dynamic model for self-healing. Polarity seeks to align the flow of Life Energy on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. My lifelong training as a dancer has given me a deep understanding of postural alignment and the intricate workings of the body as a vehicle for expression, along with the ability to recognize and identify held patterns of tension in the body. A strong background in the Arts allows me to approach this work with a high level of creativity and intuition, and a sensitivity to the individual needs of my clients. For over ten years I have worked with healing herbs that I grow in my garden as well as Aromatherapy and flower essences.
