Meditation for Health, Vitality and Beauty.

Meditation is the art of being totally present in this moment. To acquire this state of grace requires cultivation of a still center within  in which one can experience unity with oneself and the cosmos. Some may say that these are lofty goals in our harried and hectic world which leave little room for our very basic needs of rest, relaxation and nurturance.

Meditation is a way to replenish our well-spring of health by giving us the ability to relax, practice mindfulness, and gain perspective by creating a healthy distance between ourselves and our challenges. In this way, the practice of meditation has a far- reaching beneficial effects in our daily lives.

When we meditate, we call on the simplicity of focusing on our breathing, as it is the constant element that gives us life.

Breath is eternal. To breathe deeply is to call into oneself the divine will of the universe, the unifying principle of life and pulsation.

Learn simple techniques to achieve deep states of relaxation, enhancing harmony and creativity as you come into balance.  Learn to release the mind’s busy chatter that keeps you bound to repetitive patterns that may no longer support your growth and well-being.

With deep breathing, gentle stretching, healing sounds and aromatherapy, come into a place of peace for the body-mind.
