where did you come from? you are an ancient part of my soul. I found you one day as I was walking in the woods-- you were half buried under an old stone stairway, covered with moss and leaves. |

Motherstone is a handshaped scented sculpture to wear or hold in the palm of your hand. Its rounded form evokes the holy wisdom and mercy of the Divine Mother. |

Each piece is wrapped in 18k gold wire and a circlet of garnets and a freshwater pearl or carnelian. |

Motherstone assists in connecting with one’s sense of equilibrium and life path. They hold space for energy that is grounding and integrating. Its warming fragrance lifts the Spirit and comforts the Heart. I make each one by hand from powdered Rose and Lavender petals that I grow in my garden as well as Copal resin and aromatic fixatives. |

Motherstones are shaped into harmonious, rounded disks that are then air dried for up to three weeks. When dry, I anoint each one with Spirit Essence, a fragrance I created from precious oils of Frankincense, Myrrh, Sandalwood. The scented Motherstone is finished after being rubbed with powdered Myrrh and Benzoin. The pieces acquire a patina that enhances their mysterious and ancient quality. When worn as a pendant, Motherstone is wrapped with 18k gold wire and strung with a fresh water pearl and a garnet to complement its healing power. Wear Motherstone close to your Heart. |
